西湖天地简介

    西湖天地座落于杭州历史底蕴深厚、景点类型丰富的西湖南线风景区，毗邻西湖十景之一的“柳浪闻莺”，位于素有“长堞接清波看水天一色，高楼连闹市绕烟火万家”的涌金池畔。

    西湖天地的理念是用现代手法演绎杭州传统园林和历史建筑文化。从回归自然的理念出发，大胆采用了玻璃等现代元素与杭州的园林、建筑结合，不但延续了杭州的建筑特色，而且创造出了四季皆宜的环境。让那些暂别喧闹都市的游客们，无论是在气候宜人的春秋季节，还是在严寒酷暑的冬夏时节，始终可以置身于大自然，在安静与悠闲中品味生活。

    西湖天地于2003年4月30日开业，占地30,000平方米，建筑面积5,700平方米。它创造出了休闲与时尚、繁华与静谧的融合，已成为杭州时尚的新地标。

      Xihu Tiandi is located in the southern scenic area of the much-adored West Lake. The area boasts a truly profound history of long-standing diverse beauty. Xihu Tiandi's particular location is adjacent to the scenic locale, "Listening to the Orioles Singing in the Willows", which is one of the 10 Scenes of theWestLake. It is also close to Yong Jin Pond, which is famous for the poetic phrase" The water and the sky merge where the long causeway joins the clear waves / Tens of thousands of families dot the sea of a prosperous city with lots of high buildings".

      Capitalizing on the area's stunning natural beauty, Xihu Tiandi's designers innovatively combined modern elements andHangzhou's traditional garden architecture by perfectly utilizing large-scale glass, which allows the setting's natural wonder to be fully on display for visitors to enjoy year-round.Virtually anywhere you place yourself at Xihu Tiandi, a glorious view of theWestLakescenery presents itself before you. 

       Xihu Tiandi, which covers an area of some 30,000 square meters, with a planned gross floor area of 5,700 sq.m., was opened on the 30th of April 2003. Xihu Tiandi is a venture developed and invested by the Hong Kong Shui On Group with a concept much in the same vein as its sister location in Shanghai, the renowned Shikumen-inspired Shanghai Xintiandi. Xihu Tiandi has brought people a step closer to nature's special wonders in a very modern way, and has became a new fashion landmark of Hangzhou.
